The CC Network is an electronic bulletin board created specifically for the Command College program. Messages may be posted and read by current Command College students and graduates who are registered subscribers.

In addition to posting messages on the CC Network, subscribers can participate in two on-line discussion forums called Book Reviews and Future Files Abstracts. The Book Reviews include the reviews of more than 200 books. Reviewers are tasked with identifying the author's key themes and concepts and their relevance to law enforcement leadership. New reviews are added monthly by participating members. The Futures Files Abstracts forum is compiled by attendees of each CC Class. Using the S.T.E.E.P. method of scanning, participants are asked to identify a possible change based on their scanning; the possible impact the change will have on law enforcement's future and how to prepare for that change.
