Data Warehouse

The California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) serves approximately 600 California law enforcement agencies, 80,000 peace officers, 5,000 reserve peace officers and 8,000 law enforcement dispatchers. California law enforcement agencies within the POST program are required to adhere to the regulations of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 11, Division 2. The data presented is a snapshot of California's law enforcement and public safety agency statistics and demographics in relation to age, ethnicity, gender, training accomplishments and employment. The data is presented in real-time, refreshing every 24-hours,  and is based upon reporting provided to POST by the local law enforcement agencies.
