Course Description

Police psychologists conducting virtual employment evaluations often encounter unexpected candidate behavior and environmental factors unlikely to occur in an in-person setting. Through case example and discussion, attendees will explore ethical, legal, and practical considerations while developing a framework for consistent, defensible responses that support both evaluation validity and client agency needs.
