Course Description

This intermediate-level workshop introduces the 338-item version of the MMPI-2, the MMPI-2-RF. It is intended for practitioners already familiar with the MMPI-2. Topics include the rationale for, and methods used to develop the instrument, a detailed description of the 51 MMPI-2-RF scales, a description of standard procedures for administration, scoring and interpretation of the MMPI-2-RF, and detailed interpretive recommendations. Case examples will provide attendees an opportunity to practice MMPI-2-RF interpretation.

Course Objectives

Workshop Measurable Learning Objectives: (1) Assess the rationale for and methods used to develop the MMPI-2-RF. (2) Describe the 51 scales of the MMPI-2-RF. (3) Utilize the MMPI-2-RF materials and documentation. (4) Administer and score the MMPI-2-RF following standard procedures. (5) Interpret the MMPI-2-RF.
