Course Description

This CE workshop will focus on models for improving supervision of psychological assessment, with a particular focus on increasing awareness and integration of cultural and contextual data into psychological assessment practice and supervision. Relevant standards will be introduced, as well specific models for improving supervisors' and supervisees' skills in attending to culture and context in assessment practice. Case examples will be utilized in order to demonstrate how to incorporate the models, as well as how to decide just how much guidance and oversight supervisees need at different levels of competency.
