Course Description

What makes the CalHR Psychological Screening Program (PSP) different than other pre-employment psychological screening processes or providers? This presentation examines the composition of the team, the leadership factor, the public safety positions sought by the candidates, the internal team review, the DQ rate, and the strengths and limitations of the model.
