Course Description

This session examines current and emerging issues in policing. Topics may include recruitment and retention, the risk of prosecution for on-duty actions, officer wellness and morale, and state laws and policies related to mandated wellness visits, among others, and how culturally competent and adaptable police psychologists can address these challenges.

Course Objectives
