Course Description

A comprehensive review of the DSM-5, including changes from DSM-IV and areas of weakness

Course Objectives

A review of the changes, organization, assets and limits of the DSM-5 in terms of the psychiatric diagnostic nomenclature. The focus was on ensuring clinician awareness of the benefits and liabilities associated with the DSM-5, as well as a systematic review of the majority of diagnostic domains.<br><br>No course syllabus is still available.<br>
