Course Description

Develop understanding of statistical procedures helpful to understanding recent psychological research with the goal of enhancing assessment capability

Course Objectives

Understand the links between PAI and PAI test information and the risks of specific problem behaviors. Use research results to justify rejection decisions based on the PAI or CPI data. Make use of the PAI and the CPI screening reports as part of your psychological screening test. Use test results as findings rather than hypotheses.Demonstrate linkage between negative test findings and pre-hire problem behavior. Identify the incremental value of using multiple tests as selection tools.
