At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
1. Identify job-related capacities to be assessed in psychological preemployment screening of police
officer candidates.
2. Summarize special demographics-related matters in psychological preemployment screening of
police officer candidates.
3. Summarize quality assurance and improvement activities to advance fair clinical judgments in
psychological preemployment screening of multiculturally diverse police officer candidates.
