Course Description

This webinar on Incorporating the MMPI-2-RF in Public Safety Pre-Employment Evaluations is presented by Martin Sellbom, PhD. This intermediate level webinar discusses the role of the 338-item version of the MMPI-2, the MMPI-2 Restructured Form (MMPI-2-RF) to psychologists who conduct pre-employment evaluations of public safety personnel. This webinar assumes background and basic interpretation knowledge of the MMPI-2-RF. The majority of the time will be devoted to considerations for using the MMPI-2-RF in public safety pre-employment evaluations, and scientific support for using the test in such evaluations will be discussed. Multiple case illustrations for which MMPI-2-RF data was used in public safety pre-employment evaluations will be included.
