Course Objectives
PRESENTATION: Changes in Public Safety Applicant Population Pre-and Post Floyd , Ryan Roberts, JD, PhD, Cerise Vablais, PhD, ABPP, and Mike Roberts, PhD, ABPP- <Identify two agency challenges related to a lack of quality applicants
- <Describe the differences in applicant changes among different job classes.
- List test constructs that have changed among law enforcement applicants between pre and post 2020.
