This four-hour course is designed to provide the background investigator with an update on completing backgrounds within POST guidelines and will include discussions on common errors and oversights, recommendations for successfully completing background investigations and information on recent changes in the law (SB2) and POST regulations.

            Class size is limited.  A confirmation email and additional information will be sent to those whose affiliation with a law enforcement agency as an employee or who provide background services to a law enforcement agency can be verified prior to the presentation date.
